Leather

Leather is world-wide known to offer the highest degree of protection to the motorcyclist. Its characteristics of comfort, protection, wear-resistance and breathability are still unsurpassed even today. Belstaff has a long tradition in the production of leather garments, having produced jackets, trousers and motorcycle leathers since the 1930.s. In the Pure Motorcycle collection Belstaff proposes two leather types: light leather, small grain, 1 mm thick, and heavy leather, bigger grain, 1.4 mm thick. The heavy leather used in vintage garments has been treated to give the garment an aged look.
